1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lammah SaaS, a software platform designed to help merchants automate order syncing, Digital Assets delivery, Software Licenses fulfillment, customer renewal tracking, reminders, and analytics through an Automated Delivery System. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account and business information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

3. Subscription and Billing

Lammah SaaS is provided on a subscription basis. Plan details, subscription duration, and pricing are displayed on the Pricing page before purchase. Access to paid features may be suspended if a subscription expires, payment fails, or the account violates these Terms.

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Payments for Lammah SaaS are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for the service and is responsible for payment processing, billing, invoices, sales tax, VAT, GST, and other applicable transaction taxes. Your payment information is handled by Paddle under Paddle's own legal terms and privacy practices.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Lammah SaaS to operate unlawful businesses, send spam, distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The service may connect with third-party commerce platforms, messaging providers, email providers, and analytics services. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and complying with each third-party provider's terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, hosting issues, or external API failures may affect service performance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay subscription fees, or create security or legal risk for the platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lammah SaaS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
